Cierra prioritizes holistic, strength-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed care. She integrates mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioral interventions while applying creative and critical thinking, flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and strong interpersonal skills to meet the needs of individuals and families. With over eight years of experience, she has worked extensively with families and youth facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, domestic violence, substance use, and court intervention.

Tikera N. Harris, M.Ed. is a Practicing Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions & Drug Trainee based in Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her Master’s in Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from Coppin State University.

Tikera specializes in treating co-occurring disorders, including substance-related and addictive disorders as well as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She has extensive professional experience working with adults navigating addiction and trauma within outpatient settings, along with over a decade of experience supporting youth.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Tikera helps clients reframe negative thought patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. She is deeply passionate about fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to heal and thrive.
